How Aavro collects, uses and protects your personal information, including the photos you upload for personalised products.
Your name, email, phone and delivery address, to take and deliver an order; the photos and text you upload, to make the item; your order, payment and refund history, to run your account and raise GST invoices; and basic technical data from your visit. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels.
Your uploaded photos are used to produce your order and to show you a preview. They are not sold, not published, and not used to train anything — a design link you choose to share yourself is the only way one leaves your account.
We do not sell your personal data. It reaches only the providers that make the store work, each under contract and each getting only what it needs: Razorpay (payments — Razorpay, not we, handles your card and UPI credentials), Shiprocket and its couriers (delivery), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Supabase (database), OVHcloud (the server), Twilio (WhatsApp order messages), our email provider, and Google (Sign-In if you use it, the optional Customer Reviews survey, and the store-rating widget on our shop pages, which Google serves and counts views of).
Some of them process data outside India: this site and its database are hosted in the European Union, and providers such as Twilio and Google process data elsewhere, including the United States.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent, or have your account and its data deleted — from your profile, or by writing to us. We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and company law require, and delete uploaded artwork once it is no longer needed for your order or a possible return.
This is a summary of the terms that matter most. The full policy is on this page, and our About and Support pages carry our business details and the ways to reach a person.
