Aavro shipping policy — free standard delivery across India in 3–7 business days.
Nothing here is held in stock. Production starts once your order and design are confirmed and takes 2–4 business days; larger or multi-photo items sit at the top of that range. Standard delivery then takes a further 3–7 business days after dispatch.
A "business day" here means Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. An order placed late in the day, or over a Sunday or a holiday, starts production on the next business day. The delivery date quoted on a product page and at checkout already includes this making time.
Standard delivery is free anywhere in India — it is included in the product price, with no minimum order. Where a faster courier serves your PIN code an express option is offered, with its surcharge shown at checkout before you pay. We ship within India only.
Depending on your PIN code and your order, checkout may offer cash on delivery, or a part-payment with the balance paid to the courier on arrival. Both are shown with their exact amounts before you confirm. A cash handling fee applies to a cash-on-delivery order; it is shown on the payment screen and printed on your invoice, and it stays with the order if you later return an item.
A tracking number and link are added to your order page once the parcel ships, and we message you at dispatch, out-for-delivery and delivery. If a parcel runs late, tell us and we will chase the courier; if it is lost in transit we remake or refund the order.
