Both borders are printed onto the same acrylic sheet as your photo. There is no separate black frame and nothing to come apart. It is one clean sheet of acrylic.

Is the black border a separate frame?
No. Both the black and the white border are printed onto the same acrylic sheet as your photo. There is no separate frame, so there is nothing to come loose or separate.
How big is the photo area?
Your photo fills a 9 × 15 inch area in the middle. The white and black borders take up the rest of the 12 × 18 inch frame.
Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo. Choose Vertical for a portrait photo and Horizontal for a landscape one, so it fills the window without heavy cropping. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed WhatsApp photos. The live preview shows exactly how your photo is cropped before you order.
Can I hang it horizontally?
Yes. Choose Horizontal in the live preview and the frame turns to 18 × 12 inch, with your photo the right way up. The price is the same either way.
Which thickness should I choose?
3 mm is the standard choice. 4 mm and 5 mm are thicker, heavier sheets with more depth at the edge, and cost a little more.
How do I hang it?
Choose a hook when you order. "Hook with screw & wall plug" comes with a 1-inch screw and a wall plug for fixing it into a drilled hole in the wall.
