This site is operated by Aavro Multitech Solutions, S23 IID Center, RIICO Industrial Area Kaladwas, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, 313003, GSTIN 08FELPB8129H1ZA. We are the manufacturer and the seller of record — not a marketplace, and not a reseller of anyone else's stock. Placing an order means you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The price shown for a configuration is the price you pay for it. Standard delivery is free, and the only extras are ones you choose yourself — gift wrap, express delivery, or the cash handling fee on a cash-on-delivery order — each shown before you pay. A GST invoice is raised for every order.
Card, UPI and net-banking payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your payment credentials.
Every personalised item is produced from the photo, text and options you approve at checkout, and production begins once your order is confirmed. Colours on a screen differ slightly from print, and small trimming and assembly tolerances are normal.
An order is your offer to buy, which we accept by confirming it; we may decline or cancel one we cannot fulfil and then refund it in full. You may cancel any order before dispatch for a full refund. Returns are accepted for an item that arrives damaged, defective, wrong or missing, within 2 days of delivery — not for a change of mind, because the item carries your own design.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded — including your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to complain to the consumer commission where you reside — the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
