Frequently asked questions
How big is each magnet?
Every shape is 3 × 3 inch (7.6 × 7.6 cm), measured across its widest points.
Is the magnet cut to the shape?
Yes. A heart magnet is heart-shaped, a hexagon is a hexagon, and so on. The live preview shows the exact outline.
Which shape suits which photo?
A heart suits couples and anniversary photos. A circle frames a single face or portrait nicely. The hexagon, octagon, rounded triangle and rounded square suit pets, kids and group photos. In every shape, keep faces near the middle so the edge trims only background.
Do the shapes cost different amounts?
No. Every shape is the same price. Only the thickness changes the price.
Will it stick to my fridge?
Yes. There is a magnet on the back that holds it to a fridge or any other steel surface.
2 mm or 3 mm?
2 mm is lighter and slimmer. 3 mm is a thicker, sturdier piece of acrylic with more depth at the edge.
Can I order a set with different photos?
Yes. Add each magnet to your cart with its own photo and shape, as many as you like. They make good return gifts and party favours.
Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo. Avoid screenshots and heavily compressed WhatsApp photos. The live preview shows exactly what fits inside the shape before you order.
How long will delivery take?
Every magnet is made to order after you place it. Enter your pincode on this page to see the estimated delivery date for your area. Standard delivery is free.
Can I return a personalised magnet?
Because it is made with your photo, returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, the wrong item, or not as described, within the store's return window, with a photo as evidence.
